| My Fellow GLAWS members, This letter was a long time in coming. Ever since the passing of our friend and co-founder, Tony Todaro, GLAWS has been in a state of chaos. It is at this time that we appreciate just how much Tony did for GLAWS and the considerable shoes we have to fill. We’ve had to reconstruct our fine organization from the ground up, and that hasn’t been easy. So, after putting our collective minds together, we thought it would be great to schedule a meeting that will allow our members to reconnect with old friends, meet new members, and, of course, network. Know what you want to see at our meetings? We’re all ears! To that end, we are kicking off (perhaps a bit later than we’d like) our year in August. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything you want. After this kick-off, we will be holding our meetings every month (more to follow on exact dates). We look forward to seeing you there!
