GLAWS, for nearly 20 years, was on a website constructed rather elegantly out of raw HTML, JavaScript, and images. There was one PHP page.
If an event changed, it had to be updated on dozens of pages; the site took an immense amount of work to maintain.
We are now changing this. The West Coast Writers Conferences site was first to be changed; now the main GLAWS site is being revamped.
Soon memberships will be purchasable online!
We have recovered the membership database, and everyone’s GLAWS memberships, including lifetime members, will be imported into the website.
